CHHS Choral Ensemble Offerings

Beginning Chorus
No pre-requisite or audition.
No after school responsibilities
No required uniform purchase.
Open to all students who love to sing.
Grading based on Gwinnett AKS

Camerata & Chorale
Must have previous choral experience.
Required after school performances.
Required uniform purchase.
Teacher recommendation or approval required.
Grading based on Gwinnett AKS

Bel Canto & Concert Choir
Must have previous high school chorus experience.
Required after school performances.
Required uniform purchase.
Audition to show proficiency in music reading, listening and performance skills.
Grading based on Gwinnett AJS

Chamber Choir
Open to all High School All-State students.
Meets after school, usually on Friday for 1 and ½ hours.
Non graded extra-curricular chorus.

“Chordination” & “Da boyz on da Hill”
Student led a capella groups which meet after school.
Auditions are held in the spring for “Chordination” and in the Fall for “Da boyz on da Hill”
